    ● The whole machine consists of three sets independently controlled single head quilting machines.
    ● Lifted sewing head, jumbo rotary hook.
    ● Automatic oil lubricating to the sewing head and hook base.
    ● With automatic thread trimming function.
    ● Automatic feeding, clamping, tightening and automatic quilting, discharging, full automated process of the machine.

    ● Position reserved for maintenance and thread-changing, so that other decks can still work if one deck is under maintenance.
    ● Belt support system in sewing area can keep material flat without sinking during sewing.
    ● Unilateral clamping width is 100mm, and distance from stitching to the clamp is 50mm.
